Engine v2. Seven verbs, file-backed memory, MCP-only
composition. For the version-matched agent contract at
any time: agent-webmcp skill show.
0.1.0
- Seven verbs:
open list search register execute close unregister. Composition (search, execute) is MCP-only; the CLI mirrors lifecycle plusdoctor, mcp list/serve,skill show. - Sessions: owned headless Chromium by default,
--headedopt-in,--cdpborrows a foreign tab (it gets navigated — stated cost).closekills only owned browsers (TERM→wait→KILL, profile removed every path); foreign pids are never signaled. - Custom tools: spec plus plain-JS body, compiled
debugger-side (CSP-exempt), fixture-proved before
persisting (consequential tools hand-proved). Saved
as
<root>/<origin-slug>/<name>/{spec.json,body.js}; everyopenre-applies; rot surfaces asstaleSuspect; recovery is re-register. - Codemode:
searchranks across sessions with deterministic field weights;executeruns one program over flat or namespaced (sessions[]) tools with enforced budgets. Every envelope carriesuntrusted: true. - Honesty rules: piped output is JSON, writes need
--yes, exits0ok /2usage /1failure with the message on stderr. - Install: Bun toolchain, Chromium 152+, source
build (
bun run gate, bun run compile); per-OS release binaries attach from this version on.
How to read this log
Entries name the verb or door they change and the
evidence to expect (reapplied[], skipped[],
staleSuspect, envelope fields). Behaviour strings
quoted here match CLI and MCP output verbatim — if
output and log ever disagree, the output wins and the
log gets a correction entry.
